For residential addresses, we offer same-day delivery until 6 pm, allowing your loved ones to be greeted with a delightful surprise at the end of their day. Business addresses, on the other hand, can receive deliveries until 5 pm, aligning with business hours.
Please Note: This guarantee excludes timed deliveries to funerals, as they require special arrangements.
Timed Floral and Plant Delivery
If you require a timed delivery, such as before 11 am, we recommend placing your order 24 hours in advance to allow for proper arrangements. Please contact our store directly at 02 4989 9758 to discuss and organise this specialised delivery option.

Proof Of Delivery
While we do not currently provide tracking services, we are more than happy to offer an approximate estimated time of arrival (ETA) and proof of delivery (POD) upon request. Successful Flower Delivery Requirements
To facilitate a successful gift delivery, we kindly ask our customers to notify East End Flower Co. of any circumstances that might affect the courier’s ability to make a successful delivery.
These circumstances may include:
- Dogs on the premises
- Locked gates
- Security entrances
- Gated communities
- Restricted access areas

No One Home During Flower Delivery
If no one is home to receive your gift, our dedicated couriers will carefully follow your instructions outlined in the ‘special notes if no one is home’ section. This allows us to leave the gift in a designated place of your choice, ensuring its safety and discretion. If you do not wish for the gift to be left please inform us in your delivery notes during the order process.
If our courier is unable to leave the gift due to safety concerns or the inability to contact the recipient, the item will be returned to East End Flower Co. You or the recipient will have the option to collect the gift from our Newcastle store, or for an additional delivery charge, we can arrange to have it redelivered.
Alcohol With Flower Delivery Newcastle
For gifts containing alcohol, please note that we can ONLY accept them if someone over the age of 18 is present to receive them. These gifts must not be left in open or public spaces. If we are not given instructions by the sender regarding a safe and responsible place to leave the gift, our team will contact the recipient before delivery to arrange appropriate delivery.
