Description
The Brut Reserve is produced from the blend of two consecutive harvests, from plots planted mid-slope in our Bouzy, France Vinyard.
Characteristics: 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay.
Tasting: Very complex and deep, with some ripe fruit, freshly buttered brioche, and apricot pie, plus intense floral aromas creating a fantastic composition. It is autolytic and well developed with a long mineral finish.
